Shipping policy

Beds are oversized freight items shipped via LTL carrier. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Transit typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Our carrier will contact you by phone to schedule delivery. This is curbside delivery only; the driver unloads at the accessible curb, not inside your home. Please verify your address and ensure vehicle access. Remote areas may incur extra freight fees and longer lead times. Inspect packages upon arrival. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours with photos. We do not cover additional residential access fees, storage fees, or return shipping cost for change-of-mind orders. PO boxes are not supported.
